When?

I recently had contact with our agency's China Coordinator and she is hopeful we will have a referral by Thanksgiving. The process is so different from the last time since we know approximately when a new list of children will come out and therefore you jump whenever the phone rings. The call for Elizabeth wasn't expected for at least a few more months so when I saw the caller ID it was a shock.
