China Special Needs Talk

Well, the news has gotten out about advance notice of future lists. So far everyone seems to have a positive feel about it. I'm hoping the change is because of the new director and also hoping this means they will make more children available to adopt and perhaps do their best to get these children to their forever families faster. Right now it is taking 5 to 8 months to get to China. To me this is not in the best interest of the child. I pray it will change - and soon!
