Back to the "Nothing" Theme

It's not looking good that our Article 5 was picked up when I anticipated. There is a possibility that our agency is closed today for Good Friday but I don't think that would be typical for them especially since they may receive some TAs today and would want to be there for their delivery. Maybe early next week, then?
