Backed Up in Guangzhou

There have been some reports that the U.S. Consulate in China is running behind on their paper work. I can only assume it is due to the time off to celebrate Chinese New Year. It only seems to be adding a week at most to Article 5 issuance so let's hope they get caught up soon. Our documents have hopefully already been dropped off.
