Possible Itinerary

This is what we are hoping to announce sometime in the next 6 weeks. Based on the information I have at this time this is my best guess. It will be interesting to see how close I am.

Tuesday : Leave Chicago

Wednesday : Arrive in Beijing where we are greeted at the airport by wonderful guides from Lotus Travel

Thursday : Tour The Summer Palace & enjoy an acrobat show in the evening

Friday : hutong tour & The Great Wall

Saturday : Holt Orientation followed by Tiananmen Square & The Forbidden City also enjoy a group lunch with the other families

Sunday : Fly to Guangzhou & check into The White Swan Hotel

Monday : Gotcha Day! Isabella finally in our arms!

Tuesday : return to civil affairs office to finalize adoption

Wednesday : apply for Isabella's passport

Thursday : free day - optional tour

Friday : visa photo / medical exam / immunizations (possibly many) ugh!

Saturday : free day - optional tour

Sunday : paperwork meeting with agency to assure all our ducks are in a row

Monday : free day - optional tour

Tuesday : free day - optional tour

Wednesday : Red Couch photo / visa appointment

Thursday : oath taking ceremony at the U.S. Consulate / train to Hong Kong

Friday : leave for home

Friday : arrive home
