More Boring Information

I'm already pestering my agency about pre - approval. Some people are reporting receiving theirs after being matched last week - so why not us? Another parent from our agency was saying that LOAs for those not through review are at 4 - 8 weeks now. At least for those already out of translation and I'm pretty sure we are. So we are perhaps looking at anywhere between February 17th & March 17th for LOA. It's looking better every day! I long to hold my littlest girl in my arms!
